In the first round matchup against Jackson County, Williamsburg won the first set 27-25. Jackson County rebounded with a second set with 25-16, forcing a winner take all third set. Williamsburg came out on top in the third set with a 25-23 win and won the match 2-1, moving on to the semi-finals against Pineville.
In the first set against Pineville, Williamsburg proved to be too much after a back and forth set, Williamsburg won 25-21. Williamsburg carried their momentum from the first set and won the second set by a score of 25-17. With the 2-0 win, Williamsburg moved on to the championship match against Barbourville.
In the championship, Williamsburg was on a mission. They beat Barbourville in straight sets with scores of 25-12 in the first set and 25-12 in the second set, winning the match 2-0. The Williamsburg volleyball team has won the 13th Region All A Championship for four consecutive years, including this season!
Members of the All Tournament team include; Hannah Creekmore, Heidi Wiles, Lorelei Coleman, Kylee Nantz, Karina Nantz, Grace Meddles, Braeleigh McCullah, Lacey Bray, Presley Spicer, Magomery Douglas, and Peyton Taylor.
The Jackets move on to the All A State tournament in Elizabethtown, Kentucky on Friday, September 20th and Saturday, September 21st at the Bluegrass Sportsplex. They will have three pool play games before moving on to tournament play. Their pool play game is as follows:

vs Monroe County at 8:15 PM Eastern Standard Time
Saturday, September 21st
vs Kentucky Country Day at 9:15 AM Eastern Standard Time
